About TeacherAid
A school support application designed to make it easier for staff to request and respond to help across a school
Why TeacherAid was created
Schools are busy environments, and support is often coordinated in different ways — through phones, radios, emails or by asking another member of staff to find someone.
TeacherAid was developed to bring that process into one place and make it easier for both teaching and support staff.
The aim was not to create a complicated system, but a simple tool that fits naturally into the school day.
What TeacherAid does
TeacherAid provides schools with a central place to manage support requests.
Staff can submit a request, support teams can see what help is needed and where, and the system keeps a record of requests and responses.
It also provides reporting tools to help schools understand how support is being used over time.
